Who's the more powerful witch of the two?

Who would win in a no holds barred, no prep time battle?

Scarlet Witch probably.

I would say it is virtually a tie but Zatanna because of the experience and better control.

Zatanna wins. ALTHOUGH current Scarlet Witch does some pretty cool things i hear.

Current SW, Zatanna loses.

Zatanna once changed the world too and remade Metropolis after it was destroyed on a whim. She would win. She is way more experienced and has much better control.
