According to past context and judging by what has been said about beings on the level of the Anti Life entity, and the Source entity, I would place him within the high abstract range. It's very difficult for me to come up with a given character to gauge his level, but Galactus should be a good deal below him. I'd safely say that he would be a threat to multiple universes, while being below Thanos with the IG. I could be wrong though.

It's not just simple addition. Each of the hundreds of thousands of New God souls increased his power 10x. It's exponential

I see DS doing what Krona did in that cross over.

This is near-spite. Darkseid has no trouble here.
