Cyborg is better of as a backup information guy like Barbara Gordon. MM was badass in JL. I think its a bad decision even in REbirth , they went with the same league.

Physically BB probably beats Vic, Vic is the smarter tech guy tho and possibly has more power output via energyblast.

If the "options" offered by Scarab in his original run are accurate, he's at least a continent buster.

The anti magic field on Spectre was interesting. Wonder if that would have worked on Mordru or Dr. Fate.

Some of the shit he pulled against Black Beetle was insane as well.

When Jamie cut loose with the Scarab, he was VERY powerful.
