Kitt from Knight Rider (Classic, with Michael) vs The Batmobile (With Batman)

"with Batman" makes it interesting. Michael adds literally nothing but the Hoff's old-school charisma. But KITT's plot powers are almost without equal. Just before the fight he'll have the gadget installed that ends up winning the fight. The Batmobile would need some "Bat Shark Repellent" level shenanigans to compete.
