Can Storm ⛈️ strike him dead? ☠️ Who wins?

Both have long range attack options but if he gets his hands on her it's over for O.

Can Gilgamesh fly?

If not, then Storm should be able to just keep high up in the skies and pelt down with massive blizzards, hail, and thunderbolts, no?

Eventually, she should be able to wear him down, unless he can some how knock her out of the sky while she's flying circles around him...

They're supposed to have the same base powerset, yes, but they excel in different areas.

Gilgamesh's specialty are purely physical stats, much like Hercules, iirc.

I wouldn't say that. Aside from their big guys, most New Gods are pathetic and lose to a single heatbutt from a restrained peak human.

Whereas all Earth Eternals are basically immortal, capable of slaughtering entire armies of Deviants, mind-control and so much more.

New Gods are similar to Inhumans --- i.e. only Black Bolt matters, just as only Darkseid matters.

Their big guys I would definitely assume includes Orion who got owned and almost killed by Silver Surfer in a crossover ( very embarrassing the way that it was depicted ) given Orion's even fights with Superman that makes Clark looks a little bad as well.
