Unless Doom starts the fight with his shields/mystical protections up at the start. In which case, Doom wins.

Haven't followed storm or the X-men in a while but unless Storm got some Sky Father Tier upgrades there is little to nothing she can do to Doom, unless Doom is passed out naked and drunk in a bar.

Well Doom is quite often lying around passed out, drunk and naked in bars, so I wouldn't ignore the possibility.

Why you want to depower Storm so much?

Well if Storm can parallel the raindrops can harbor and provide a safe place for her to launch 🚀 an attack. Then Storm has command and control to her advantage.

Remember that Storm ⛈️ can improve the outlook and have accuracy that can forecast doom.
