X-men Red #17, if anyone wants to read. Apocalypse broke Vulcan out of his mysterium prison.

It's being treated like any new comic character. Initially when it first appears, it looks uber - then as time goes on and the wider universe starts to interat with it, it starts to gain 'low' showings so as to preserve the status quo.
