Tough call. I'll take the Red Skull though. I feel he has access to bigger and better toys in that short of time.

The Joker isnt kicking the Red Skulls ass h2h.

Anyways the difference I see is yes,,the Joker would eventually blow them both to hell. The Skull wouldnt have to resort to that.
