The Endless Death is not a aspect it is the ultimate death in DC Vertigo, she was seen in the MU and left like it was nothing, nobody stopped her either

thanos records it for "private time"

There's unequivocally no evidence of any kind to suggest that Vertigo's Death was in the MU.

Death takes on many forms, (don't know if you know that)
you think just cause Mistress Death once took on a form that slightly resembles Vertigo's,
it was Vertigo's?

I have that issue, that was conclusively Mistress Death,
