Protege or SOK.

Well...SOK would have to kill Protege first or else SOK's powers will be copied by him.

Protege wins

Protege copies his gun,
then it's Doc Holiday vs Billy the kid.

That would've been an interesting duel of the fastest drawers.

And isn't SOK already dead?

SOK slaughters them. Protege wouldn't manage to copy his power in time and all of them can die.

If we're talking about Protege before he was in-prisoned into the LT's hour-glass,
then at that point he had the powers of,

GOTG/Mephisto & his daughter/post-retcon Beyonder/Hawkgod/Eternity and the LT.

That's enough to demolish infinite times over this chump-god killing dead cowboy.

If it's a noob Protege (no powers copied)
then as soon as SOK shoots, instantly Protege will have the power of that bullet,
so when it hits, the affect will cancel itself out,
because it will meet an equal force.

because it will meet an equal force. His mind works that fast? Also, SOK's bullets are not normal bullets, as are his guns, they are far stronger and faster, and kill anything they hit, Cosmic or not.
