I know you. You're not a guy who makes spite threads. So, what can Tangent Flash do? Since I strongly doubt anyone else knows. haermm

She is like a lite version of Superman blue.
She can create solid light constructs, and by virtue of being light can move at lightspeed (not faster.)

iirc, tangent flash didn't do much. she manipulated laser beams on occasion, created light-constructs to subdue a few crooks, changed her form by manipulating/bending light, and could obviously travel at c.

though most of her feats were preformed against mediocre villains, i still think she takes this.

Correct. Which is why I set this up as a battle. Had I used Tangent Wonder Woman... It would have been a stomp.
