I dare say Apocalypse doesn't belong on the list.

Nate and Cable are stronger than everyone on that list in pure telepathy, except possibly Xavier! IMO

I'm always hearing that the Silver Surfer has some uber telepathy feats (never seen them though)

Also, Moondragon FTW.

How did Franklin Richards not make the list? Too much fluxuation in skill level?

gimme nate. it's a tough list because some have skill over outright power and as emma has shown, at times skill can overcome sheer power. moondragon's level is still unknown, unless she's done something recently i'm missing. her more 'famous' feats were all amped by the dragon of the moon or of course the gem.

as far as ss with tp--he's shown great resistance and the ability to battle on the astral plane, but he doesn't really have offensive tp in the traditional sense.

Strange doesn't count. He uses magic-based TP. If we count him, he's the strongest because his TP is equal to skyfathers and he's immune to TP due to the Eye.

just my opinion. All of those characters are really high up there, though.
there's bound to be someone I forgot (I know about Shadow King, but I'm assuming he's dead/neutralized/whatever right now), someone who's SAID to have really high end Tp, but no feats to back it up (apocalypse) etc.

any other opinions? there's bound to be some characters I didn't list.
