^ I can see CIS causing Loki to lose. But Loki is to much of a beast to lose on any sheer power based confrontation.

lmfao, Loki practically beat Dr.Strange with telepathy, X-man doesn't stand a chance in that area. This is also happened while Loki was doing a whole lot of other stuff.

However Nate comes to find out, that her segregations was much more then 3 persons as originally thought. And does not have the time, to seek out and merge them. So instead he inter-connected them thus telepathically reform her mind.

Later on, he splits their being and their memories. Leaving her the way she was originally found.

Your not making a strong argument. Considering the fact, that Nate is among the most powerful Psi in comics. What proof do you have that Loki can properly defend himself in a psionic battle?

Like I mentioned earlier, it's very difficult to reverse the effects of magic. He will for all intents and purposes BE a table.

I suggest you re-read X-Man 73 & 74. Your mixing up his feats.

One shows the control of his TK on himself. The other, shows how he can physically merge beings. Just an example of how he applies his TK to manipulate matter.

Yes, but it's not like he's taking random people and mixing them together. It's not the same as magic, it doesn't make something "odd" or "Wrong" happen. He simply "healed" someone who had splintered herself and consciousness across multiple universes. He's "putting" her back together so to speak, and while it's impressive and commendable, it's hardly reason to believe that he could counteract magical transmutation.

Thor could heal himself from being merged with cement, but he was helpless against Loki's fancy magic.

Since matter transmutation is being thrown. What can Loki do about an isolated time freeze?
