Each fight take place on New York Citys rooftops. For this battle the turtles weapons and Doc Ocks tentacles are made out of the same type of metal. TMNT cant break Dock Ocks tentacles and vise versa.

1st fight TMNT vs Octopus.

2nd fight TMNT vs Octopus and both sides have one day prep.

3rd TMNT vs Octopus and TMNT are bloodlusted. TMNT can not use their main weapons but they can use shuriken.

TMNT stomps, especially being able to break his arms. I doubt he'd even be able to hit them.

One on one he should be able to beat a turtle with considerable difficulty, but all 4 of them against him and he goes down.

I put in my original post neither combatent can break the others weapons.

Otto's arms are really, really fast.

TMNT. Here's a good scenario. They all attack him at once and get an arm or leg or torso caught in Ock's arms (purposely). Then they immediately throw shurikens at him. With no arms to protect himself, Ock dies.

TMNT kick his scientific backside over the rooftop.

Not sure, he only really uses it every so often, sometimes it's important to whatever he's doing, other times it isn't even mentioned.

doctor octopus is faaarrrr tougher than shredder but still not enough to take down tmnt espically with prep

Exactly.

Well Dr. Otto Octavious is more intelligent and even with the same material doc ock could engineer his arms to break wepons of the same material. His technology is better. He is probably barely weaker than a turtle. my opinion is: no prep 40/60 turtles, day of prep 90/10 Octavious, and the turtles with no wepons 99.99999999/0.00000001 doc ock.

The TMNT are Mutants, and highly lethal Assassin's.


Turtles win this. They'd probably try to make him tangle himself up with his metal arms.

The only thing I think when I think of the old TMNT theme is how much slack they aren't going to cut Shredder when he attacks.
