Batman and Lex vs Superman.. Who would win?

As per KMC rules, these guys fight in the default scenario.

Lex dies a horrible death.
It's a now toss between Batman and Superman.

A toss between bats and supes? WTF? In a standard fight, Superman smears bats into paste before batman even has time to process a thought. Supes takes them both out in any way he deems fit. This is a non-fight.

Supes...spite in a stand up fight.

Current Batman has tons of gadgets.
Kryptonite may probably be part of his standard equipment.

Using that logic, Lex should be a threat to supes as well, because he has a lot of crap to use against supes in his arsenal as well. But you wrote him off as a non factor. Well guess what, Lex and Bat's are both just plain old human beings, so they are both non fators when going against a God-like kryptonian.

Whats to stop supes from heat visioning his face off before the synapses in bat's brain even fire? In a straight up fight bat's looses... badly, every time. Even with prep, against a blood lusted superman, bats still looses a vast majority of the time IMHO, you really have to start neutering superman pretty badly to make a fight with bat's interesting.

No has said Supes has turned evil or anything...if batman and lex decided to get supes out of the way..they probably could, the 2 most inteligent humans in thw wolrd... then again supes says hes seen human intalect and wasnt impresed. i may be underestamating supes here hmmm hard to say...

Well, seeing as the OP specified no stipulations in this fight, we assume all parties are blood lusted. Even further, he didn't give Lex and Bat's prep-time, which basically means they are hosed. He pretty much made a fight that is going to turn the lex and bat's team into a fine mist of blood before they even know they are dead.
