What would shredder do dude? He cant hurt him. Doom is strong enough an tough enough to slap the Thing around, He has magic and weapons. Shredder no matter how skilled he is cant do anything. Doom will just sit there an laugh. One punch from Doom, or blast will kill Shredder. And Shredders weapons and punches will do nothing to his armor.

no im talking about the demon shredder the one with ultimate power

doesn't matter. Doom can power steal, (stolen power from the surfer, Odin, AND galactus...any one of these is >>> shredder) mind switch/switch bodies at will, and freaking time travel.

i find it hard to believe doom could beat super shredder someone waaaaaaaay powerful than both doom and vader super shredder is a demon so doom cant do much to him super shredder wins this 99% of the time

I'm sorry, do you even know enough about Doom to gauge what he can handle?

Do you know anything about Doom?

Are you going to actually give a reason why Shredder is more powerful?

shredder is cool but any verison of him is doomed.
Dr.Doom takes him and with little effort.

this is like a infant fighting a adult weight lifter. sure Shredder is powerful but so is Dr.Doom and Dr.Doom has alot more going for him than just power.

shredder becomes a minion of doom.

Well, apparently he's a "Demon" and is "uber powerful"....but no one has seen any feats so far..

Shredder dies. Doom helps himself to some top-shelf booze.

Demon Shredder can regenerate in a second from pretty much any attack. His feats include creating an endless army of demons with various abilitys, raising the dead, transforming all of NY in a few seconds, turning into a dragon, controlling all elements, telekineses (moving objects creating stuff, paralyzing the body), super strength, super speed, teleportation, flight, hes resistant to magic and man made weapons and technology, and he can send out energy blasts thaty can destroy towns and buildings. He has also seems to have obtained the strongest possible level of ninjustu.

His only known weakness seems to be finding someone who possess the Shredder mantle (Karai and Ch'rell) and using that person to mediate for a couple of minutes while they drain the energy from him. Then you must destroy his helmet, guantles, and armor. Followed by an extremely powerful magic blast to completely obliterate his body.

Doom would have to get prep and find out exactly how to beat him otherwise Demon Shredder wins in a stomp.

I was about to say Shredder, until I read this. If he can steal Shredder's powers, there's nothing more to discuss

Doom can steal power via technology. Putting anyone up against someone who is invincible except against certain items is pretty lame unless you give the other person some kind of access to those items. At this point Doom's only hope would be a mind switch, disabling him with the crimson bands, or pulling out some other kind of useful spell. That or a stalemate based on Doom's awesome defenses.
