Actually Black Cat is hotter, far older, and looks quite different (in normal clothes as well as costume) than Bat Girl does.

With that said, Bat Girl beats Black Cat so badly that it gets captured and filed in 'the greatest pwns of all time.'

Black Cat nearly killed the Lizard in a toe to toe brawl albeit blood lusted... she made the Lizard retreat.

Night vision
(currently) Gloves equipped with polarized mesh claws
Grappel line launchers hidden in sleeves
Expert martial artist with excellent gymnastic abilities
Superhuman sense of smell.
