Apocalypse aims to create the perfect being, he then decides that WWH is the ideal test subject. In creating this "perfect being" he fashions a celestial bio-suit imbued with augmentations indentical to his own. This in turn forms a amalgamation between the powers of WWH/Apocalypse.

After sometime teaching Bruce all the intricacies of the bio-suit he decides to test out this new creation. Apacalypse then dispatches Bruce to destroy SS whom he views as a excellent chanllenge. Bruce attacks a peaceful space colony that SS will soon pass by to lure him in. Upon spotting the wave of destrution, SS rushes to confront whomever is responsible for this sensless crime. The 2 finally meet....who wins?

Where do they fight, SS could just leave him stranded.

Well the colony crash lands on planet it was orbiting due to bruce, so they would fight on said planet.

really..surfer would have to be high, hungover, or the victim of atrociously bad writing to lose this.

physical strength is an unknown, but likely a draw or slight edge to WWH. (remember, surfer can amp to an unknown degree.)

speed is massively in surfer's favor.

overall power is massively in surfer's favor- WWH doesn't have any projectile attacks, and the ones apocalypse has aren't anywhere near surfer's level.

versatility? matter manipulation, intangibility, size manipulation, time travel...the list is pretty much endless. again in surfer's favor.

the fight would last about as long as it took for surfer to dump WWH/apoc into a sun somewhere, then go about his business.

Highly speculative, but let's examine the exact extents of what this new creation would entail. In addition to all of WWH's abilities, Bruce will be further augmented by the powers of the bio-suit as apocalypse was when he first integrated himself with the technology. The abilities he woudl inherit as a result are as follows.

-Complete control of his body on the molecular level which would enable him to shape change, grow to gigantic sizes and elongate with virtually unlimited range
-The ability to increase density and allow his body to mimic metals and armors
-Teleportation
-The power of flight
-Eenergy absorbing and projecting abilities
-Telekenisis and telepathy

Keep in mind that bruce still has WWH level's of durability,strength,stamina,regeneration and the ability to increase his strength in accordance to his anger.
