The Man-Bat from Batman's rogue's gallery versus Marcus from Underworld: Evolution.

While both are incredibly impressive with their strength and what not, I'm more inclined to say Man-Bat would win at least 7/10.

Man-Bat has the advantage here, and has the strength to boot. I'd think it's either a stalemate or Man-Bat dominates 8-9/10.
