After the events of GTAIV and Sanandreas, both Dimitri and Tenpenny have survived through major surgery. Tenpenny moves to Liberty City and becomes a corrupt officer (again) after joining the LCPD. Tenpenny takes most of Dimitri's turf all over town and the two meet onboard the Platypus ship in the East Hook docks.


Who will win?

...I loled.

At the point I am in GTAIV, Dimitri seems more like a schemer than a fighter, whereas Tenpenny was a built cop with fighting experience, I say Tenpenny.
