How about the Overseers? A race of omnipotent beings. ONE of the Overseers created a Living Tribunal type character to judge the Pre-Crisis Multiverse. This being can destroy a universe with a "shrug". BTW, it's been stated that the Overseers exist outside of time and space.

Also, don't forget about the Promethean Giants. A race that has accomplished everything in existence. Yeah, both of these races have only a few appearances, but they also don't have any low showings.
