white smooth surface building. 200 yards long 150 wide. attuma is fully hydrated and has access to a 60x60 swimming pool 20 feet deep.the opponents start 30 yards away from each other. to the death

who wins and why?

Attuma easily, though he is not namors equal he defeats Jim due to that fact of him being fully hydrated and having axcess to a nice water supply

That pool of water would be gone in moment when Jim amps up. Torch just can get to hot for Attuma to win.
