Best buy changed their warranty plan on consols (I think this pertains all of the consols, but when they explained at our store meeting they specifically mentioned the 360)
If you buy a 360 per se with the new best buy warranty, and it craps out, you can't go and get a brand spanken new one anymore (Unlike the old warranty which you could). They send in it and you get a refurbished one mailed to your house.
They said the company has lost milllions, no billions, I don't know. But a lot of money apparently on replacing 360's
