Um... they're both the same incarnation Savage Hulk

Loeb has destroyed the entire growth mythos behind the Hulk. It makes absolutely no sense at all that the Hulk is talking like A-Bomb. Loeb basically turned the Hulk back into an infant according to the way that the plot has been driven over the past 15 years, he clearly needs an enema.

If you were to take the Hulks size change, and feats the current Hulk should be at the very least 5x more powerful than Savage Hulk of 25 years ago.

The radiation absorbtion that he's undergone since the first time that he faced the Abomination would be much like the explanation of the Meastro, and how he was vastly more powerful than Professor Hulk because of said energy absorbtion.

The Hulk is a radioactive sponge, and just going out into space alone should increase his strength. As we all know... there really is no way of exponging radiation poisoning or exposure.

Current Savage Hulk all the way.
