Champion wins easily. WWH has no fighting skills what so ever. The ones he does have are nothing compared to Champion. To make it even worse he has the gem. Which means he will simply dodge and hit. He could take the hit and still beat Hulk.

Champion wins. Not much Hulk can do.

Champion wins every time. Maybe not easily, but the final outcome is never in doubt.
