Can Leon kill this abomination?

I guess no one's posting because they don't know what a Siam is do they? A Siam is a monster from the videogame Silent Hill Homecoming. He has the strength to flip a police car and he actually did in the game. He uses his swollen arms as weapons. Takes an awful while to kill it.
