Batman should at least have 10 minutes prep time to be fair.

ye but still omega red is very dangerous and deadly as hell, the x-men knew everything about him and he still took them all out

Sigh. Youve stated in your opening post that Bats gets an entire day to learn about Red.

1. Bat gets a suit so that he doesnt have to breathe the Phermones.
2. Bats goes and gets Freeze capsules and Mr. Freeze's gun and its game over for Red.
3. Bat gets a containment device to hold Red in place.
4. Win via incapacitation.

Pick one. Because you gave Bats prep and a day to get info about Red, youve already set it up for him to win and Red to be defeated. Omega Red is good, but he isnt that good.
