Batman is not allowed to use any gadgets. Spider-Man is not allowed to use his webs.

How long would Spider-Man last?

Spider-Man could technically survive the fight by running away with his impressive jumping skills, but really, that wouldn't make it much of a fight.

Spider-Man is intending to kill Batman, so Batman won't have to chase Spider-Man in order to beat him: Spider-Man comes to him.

Spider-Man is way to faster Batman

Nope. Batman and Captain America are even in speed.

And Captain America is way faster than Spider-Man, as their fight proved. Spider-Man could barely touch Cap.

So Batman is faster than Spider-Man, and way more skilled. There is no debate in whatever or not Batman would win, as he would, but it's about how long Spider-Man would survive this battle.

Cap is not faster than Spidy.
Neither is Bats.

Spiderman has beaten skilled opponents before. Taskmaster, Daredevil, Wolverine.

Taskmaster is > Cap skill wise, as he is a combination of Cap ,every fighting style and at least 30 other costumed hero's/villains. And Spidy has beaten him before. Skill does not equal speed.

Spidy didn't want to fight Cap in Civil War and wasn't thinking straight, as he looked up to Cap more than like, anyone else.

As Bats has no toys, and it's just 1v1 combat, Spiderman destroys him. Spidy can win with one punch.
