Have severe diahrrea for a week straight or have severe constapation for a week straight? (Assuming that you couldn't do anything to get rid of either/you had to choose one).

Yes but so can going to the toilet every 30 seconds and crapping out everything. Your ass eventually becomes sore.

I would choose diahrrea over constapation any day! First of all, if you are contapated, then diahrrea is like the best thing ever. Second, diahrrea only makes your ass sore if you wipe too hard or too much. So, I would just lessen my wiping or change my wiping techniques.

Severe Diahrrea, it hurts but not as much as being constapated does.
