Snafu the Great
Who is Richard Meyer, you ask?
He is the owner of the Pao Pao cafe, a popular Southtown hotspot (even Geese Howard tends to drop by, as does the Bogard brothers).
He is also the first Capoeira fighter to debut in a videogame. Sure there's his own student Bob Wilson, Elena, Eddy Gordo and Christie Monteiro, but Richard paved the way for Capoeira-based fighters in videogames. He finally makes his reappearance in KOF 2006 after over a decade of inactivity.
That and his theme music is pretty damn catchy.
He also made appearances - albeit cameos in the Fatal Fury animes.
Either way, love him or hate him, Richard Meyer deserves respect.
