Hard to find info about him. I just threw out a fight to see if anyone had more info.

Except for his role, there's not really much information about him. Seems like a Living Tribunal type of character, but since he hasn't really done anything on that level, in fact, he hasn't really done much of anything, we have no accurate gauge of his powerlevel.
