This is god Kefka vs Neo Exdeath. Fight takes place in a desert wasteland.

Who takes it and why?

Kefka destroys the evil tree !!

Kefka is overrated.

Ex-Death rapes him. Neo Ex-Death is not necessary.

Kefka because he actually succeeded in reaching his god-form

This is a toughie. On the one hand Neo Exdeath is merged with the Void, and as such has a lot of power available, but on the other hand Kefka became the god of magic. I'd say Exdeath has the slight edge here, and takes 6/10 very close battles.

Neo Ex-Death was going to erase all existence, while the overrated Kefka could only affect a single planet.
And he was the source of magic, but magic that came from the Statues. Kefka being the source of magic means nothing outside of FFVI's world.
