John Ostrander's multiversal Spectre Vs Mxy I can snap my fingers and remake the Multiverse.

If Spectre is fully backed by the presence then he wins.

Was he fully backed by the Presence in the story? Because that's the version I'm using.

I thought we agreed no more omnipotent vs. omnipotent threads?

Mxy has already defeated a fully powered Spectre. The only difference is if the Spectre is backed up by the Presence. If he is, he is only second to the Presence.

The Spectre would blink him away, don't remember him defeating a Fully powered Spectre ever. While he was hostless the Spectre was tearing through magical beings left and right and a side effect to those battles was Mxy losing most of his magic, even a hostless Spectre should be able to win..

Well going by the fact that a full powered spectre is second on to the Presence the Spectre wins going by what I have actual feats Mxy wins.
