and rebuild it in an instant,
he'll stalemate Wanda.

Otherwise, he gets wished out of existence.

He did stop the force that was going to destroy and recreate dc using only a bit of the ion force.

On that scale, omniversal breakdown is something that HOTU could do. It's crazy to imagine that regular humans or muties could approach that level of power. It makes abstracts and cosmic artifacts looks like toys.
