my opinion : Superman has many powers, can move continents, resist AP bullets, move at near lightspeed, fire energy beams with his eyes etc.
but on the other hand what good are all those powers gonna do when his own bike is broken, HUH ? he'll be completely POWERLESS, wheras Bicycle repairman has a host of superpowers of his own that would help in just that kinda situation
so ultimately it's a tough call. I just don't know
