Khatylis seems like an abstract level being. This is not even a match

It seems like Khat's biggest/only feats were creating planets. That does not equal an abstract-level being, imo.

Anyhow, I really don't see how that would help it beat IM.

Silver Surfer Kismet & the Enclave could stop him 5 herald level beings. He could probably absorb Thanos cosmic energy like he did Silver Surfer
