Glads is far stronger and faster, plus BB isn't exactly great in the durability department. He could conceivably cut loose and scream to kill Glads, but Kallark could also conceivably speedblitz FTW.

he also struck glads each time they fought so hes no to fast to not get hit. the little antenna on his head can raise his physical attribtues when it glows, Thor figured that out and broke it

The fact that he hasn't figured it out yet. Black bolt beat him twice and each time He hasnt even thought of it. Thor noticed that it glowed everytime he got back up.

Prior to war of the kings, I might have said split with Glads.

However, since Gladiator called in help to stop Blackagar, I think it's conclusive that Bolt is more powerful.

He wins against evryone save thor and surfer.
