Galactus and Nabu are nothing to Classic Ion. The only thing that is the problem is Spectre. He has defeated Parallax which shows how powerful he is. In addition, if he is backed up by the presence, he is unstoppable.

Same goes with MM. Not sure about his retcon version, but the Classic one was on the level that Beyonder was. So yeah, he is bound to be powerful

All wrong. 9, and 9 alone, has the power to stop him. No else has a chance.

That list is really effed up...also unless this is more then your average hal jordan spectre(aka doing better then the first fight against parallax)he will get beat,otherwise tiamut and MM are the only real threats and tiamut doens't really have the feats to say he wins.

I know.
But there was no indication whatsoever that his powers diminished after his fight with Beyonder.
He never used his powers again to that extent ever since
