So, we should go around the world and criticize everyone else for the wrongs they are doing instead of minding our own business? Would that give us more conviction? Would causing wars over blasphemous concepts give us more conviction?

You can accept the existence of other religions and also accept the possibility that they may be correct and you may be wrong whilst still feeling that those religions are blasphemous according to your own belief system.

It isn't really a religion in the sense that no one actually believes in the existence of the FSM. It is a parody of religion designed to illustrate why faith should not inform science lessons because the "it can't be proven wrong, therefore it is an equally valid theory as anything else" argument is a falsehood.

ppl will one day start a religion as the church of marvel and will view comics as factual religious stories believing that superman came to safe us.... spiderman was given power by the divine and not by chance. he misused it and from him we learned from great power comes great responsibility.

for we truely once lived in an age of wonder where man and gods walked side by side...

and the most famous of the apostles were the books of:

wolverine(the wicked outsider who longs for forgiveness from past deeds)
batman(the innocent well off who lost his parent sacrificed all in pursuit of justice)
spiderman(selfish child who caused his own misfortune from greed)
xmen( the chosen ppl who were prosecuted)

we most be pure and hope the great stan lee AKA jack kirby smile upon us once more and shower us in miracles where we will no longer misuse like the obsorbing man or venom did with there gifts..

I wasn't 'taking apart your sentence' (no matter what your immature psychoanalysis decided) I was drawing attention to what I hoped was a simple slip of the tongue; I didn't think that you were actually ignorant of the mechanics and workings of evolution, although I see now that you are. Don't take this as a slight- many intelligent people don't understand basic science.

First off, two commas =/= a period. We had that same problem with a troll a while ago, and I sincerely hope you don't catch that affliction.

You need to understand that words have meanings. One can not just spout off whatever word comes to mind: using a word outside of the proper context and meaning causes confusion and inaccuracies. Your use of the word 'evolution' was erroneous, and I informed you. If you had used 'enlightened' instead then you would not have been in error, so I wouldn't have to spell this out for you. (Although, in actuality, the word 'enlighten' has spiritual connotations that you might want to avoid.)

Chaos: I'm trying to curb the Grammar Nazi impulse: I intentionally found something to criticize that wasn't an error in grammatical conventions.
