Maybe not completely, but he's shrugged off the following: Black Adam's magic punches, Zauriel's flaming sword, Annataz's magic, possibly some of Mxy's the magic from heroes on the various worlds he smashed, and a guardian's death blast (Oan energy is sometimes called magic). And that's not even counting all the regular shit he's plowed through.

Pre-Crisis Mordru took on the entire LEGION OF FRIGGEN SUPERHEROES! Pre-Crisis Superboy, Monel, Supergirl would be a match ONE ON ONE. Superboy Prime aint taking on the LOSH. He's not that powerful, guys.

Prime may be highly resistent to magic, but he hasn't gone up against enough high-end magics to consider him 'immune'..
