In the city, Al knows he's being followed so he walks into a nearby alley.

Jackie has two desert eagles, one combat shotgun, an SMG, and a knife.

Simmons has two 9mms, a combat shotgun, a combat knife, and a machine gun.

Both have bulletproof vests. None can unleash their powers because they don't have any yet.

He has a small portion. He is working for some demon or crap, once he does his duties he will be revived to full glory or so he says.
