Ironman. 9 of 10 Hulkbusterarmour would rip anytransformer i half. i mean WWH was one if not the most power Hulk we seen and he managed to tied him in power for a little while.

ironman's armour was stroung enough to stand up to a hulk that pull a planet together and one shot a asteriod bigger then earth and you say grimlock has a chance. Grimlock will be crushed into a Soda can if he is lucky
