How can Flash generate enough force to hurt Thor with his level of invulnerability?

I know Speed generates force but given Thor's density and lineage there has to be some superhuman strength attached to do damage.

I don't know that it matters, but which Flash is being used for this fight?

Team 1 barely.

This fight comes down to Flash and SS.. They are the best ones on both teams. So whichever of them owns more will decide the winning team
