Comics have a tendency to redefine what "omnipotent" ought to mean.

MMJ seems to be affective against the Ultimator, as he can mold the very concept the Ultimator represents. And if Green Lanterns can take down what's left of Mandrakk then he's not even supposed to be in the same division as the others.

Thanos + IG = Auto win for team 1. Unless your the Presence or TOAA (LT's boss) you aint doing jack.
