No prep who takes this fight.

Team 1 is just too powerful. Bucky would need to draw his gun and they would still overwhelm him. At least, that's what I think.

Spite?

Team 2 doesn't stand a chance. Spider-man could beat them by himself.

well I also think team 1 wins. But I thought it would be a decent fight. Bucky has some impressive feats. And Black Widow is almost as good as he is.
If this is spite it was unintentional.
