............Jay Garrick by horrific spite. Only Golden Age Jay would be a fair fight. Even with just his metagene, he's way way faster than Quicksilver.

Jay kept up to Black Adam, that alone makes this spite

seriously? ultimate quicksilver seemed faster than his 616 counterpart, i thought him vs jay would be atleast a close fight not so much spite lol.

mind proving it? i just dont see it as such a curbstomp.

I'm pretty sure Jay Garrick is faster than UQS.

Jay Garrick along with every other person connected to the Speed Force can go at lightspeed and beyond.

Quicksilver would get his ass kicked by Impulse. Or XS. Or the Tornado Twins.

He has no business going up against anybody in the Flash Family.
