Sentry's powers go up and down all the time, and seeing how much damage Hulk did to him with only few punches makes me think that Herc wins...

Sentry attacked WWH's fists with his face more than a dozen times without slowing down. Hercules ha a slim chance with his H2H fighting skills, but not much of one.

Sentry 9-10/10

Sentry at his best curbstomps him. Sentry could win or lose at lesser power levels though as opposed to the optimal levels.

Sentry at his best could beat herc. But not in a fist fight, which in translation will result into a grappling contes and even thor has problems there.
