I doubt it but he has tanked an antimatter wave though, and AM is arguably above a celestial.

He wont even defeat an individual celestial let alone all three at the same time.

Actually, AM could take pretty much any one celestial and win.

Yes, the one from SC could take a Celestial after being hit from a galaxy destroying blast, and after a Celestial puts his hand through him really fast.

I also forgot where it said that he could take one with a plot device, as opposed to it saying that he was above one (which apparently wasn't said).

Not to mention Celestials have no defense against the wave. He didn't take on the entire GLC really. Nobody attacked him except for the Guardians, the bomb, and then Prime.

Yet Henshaw's 'dead' body can be basically inside of him?

GL shields basically hold him and escaping anti-matter inside a shield.

A Guardian isn't completely wiped out by a pretty decent exposure to it (you'd think that if a Guardian being surrounded by the energy that that same energy would be enough to wipe out a Celestial...), but rather injured on the exterior.

Hell, after Warworld was dropped, it was said to have wiped out all traces of anti-matter.

Doesn't seem to be what it used to be... or in such small amounts that it's just not enough.

He also said to have tapped into the positive matter of the Earth... to have fired off the wall of it... That's probably a good strategy to do in the middle of a fight with a Celestial.

But you are right that their levels are not equal but it's safe to say that Even a weak celestial would be > a Sky father like Odin

We've already seen what it takes to destroy a Celestial.

SMP can't duplicate this, he can't even come close.
