Thanos better go steal the Matrix from Optimus Prime....lol. Henshaw would be interesting...I don't know if he could infiltrate Unicron's systems or not.

Doop is pretty powerful as well.

Henshaw can't do shit. Even if they manage to smash Unicron's body, he goes back to being the multiversal killing machine he started as.

Henshaw isn't doing anything to Unicron... who can do everything Borg can do and far more.

Even the last autobot (who was must a herald to Primus) can rip souls out and recreate/combine them.
