Two of them are extremely awesome and have incredible fighting skills. But I'd have to go with Ghost Ryda!

You must be joking me, Ghost Rider will whoop punisher's ass all over the pavement.

What and idiotic post. HELLO! Punisher is a regular a** human. Punisher bleeds just like you me and everyone on the planet. Someone could easily snipe the Punisher and that would be the end of him. Ghost Rider could ride up and swing his chain around Punishers neck and rip his head off hah. That would be a good mortal combat fatility. Ghost Rider, Flawless victory...lol

It happened in the comics. Punisher's guns didn't have any effect and Ghostrider's strenght was enough to rip the weapons in half. Punisher couldn't even get away because the Ghostrider's motorcylce can fly and travel up the sides of buildings.

I just think that when you match a human with guns against a Super hero with super powers then the human will most almost always lose the battle.

punsher just cant even hurt ghsot rider. hey i just on ebay got 3 fights between wolverine and ghost rider for like 2 bucks

Yeah but Punisher could take on a regular human enemy... like Nick Fury.. Oh wait he already has.. In fact he killed him..

However I do agree with you... Ghost rider is skary.. He would mutilate Punisher... Frank castle pancake on the side of the road... With Motor cycle track engraved into what's left of his body..

Punisher with infinite amount of prep still loses. Bombs or bullets can do no damage to GR. Maybe Angel-Punisher could beat Ghost Rider, but it still leans toward GR.

Ghost rider takes this pretty easily if he wants.

It was from an off-shoot of Punisher Volume 2 called Pergatory, and their was also a mini-arc co-starring Wolverine called Revelation. Technically it is canon, because the Punisher himself mentions it in volume 3 (the beginning of the Ennis run).
